what a treat!
That can't last for long. I'll bet moto access days are numbered from the trails connecting to SLT proper. Didn't they get the memo this is California...
F off hippie, this IS Nevada.
Why do you want to manhandle a 110k ktm when a mtb does the job? Everything for its purpose.
Admittedly, I could have gone faster on a MTB as it's on the tight side but this was part of a 107 mile ride with umpteen thousands of feet of climbing, so, no.
Where is that mtb rider I followed around SCM...on his Surly single???!!!????
He got soft in NV???!!!???
107 on a MTB is the equivalent of 250+ on a road bike
Just rode the new stinger trail July 2. Coasted down most of it on the KTM. The 14 year olds on their ratty dirt bikes haven't been on it much so it is still in good condition.
Cool, I have never ridden anywhere in Tahoe in wet conditions. Every time I've been it is always dry, loose, and dusty.
I'd rather ride my dirt bike. Even when I'm on my mtb, I'd rather be on my dirt bike.
